COVID-19 Response

  • Building locked to the public. Only tenants, authorized visitors / clients, and authorized vendors that are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms are allowed to enter.

  • Face coverings required in all common areas. Including lobby, elevator, stairwells, hallways, restrooms, conference rooms, and kitchen/break room.

  • Hand sanitizer provided on each floor.

  • Self-cleaning elevator buttons and door sleeves in common areas.  

  • 2 person elevator occupancy limit.

  • Directional hallways in the lobby.

  • Social distance markers in the lobby and elevator.

  • Occupancy and gathering limits in all common areas.

  • Increased cleaning by janitorial and maintenance staff, using EPA-approved disinfectants and UVC technology.
